The place was great and the room was clean and comfortable but the verification process in the reception is a bit annoying. You must provide a copy of your ID and and the bank card you used when making a booking. The whole process was very strange 😕 🤔 and unacceptable

Quite place and non of distractions. Security tied. Friendly staff. There are backups, when there's no electricity and hot water available all the times.

The lady and the guy toya they give us a good treatment,we didn't struggle during cold frond and loadsheding,extra heater and warm water was provided during loadsheding.we will definitely come back keep up the good work
